Goggle Data

GogglePalAnother company is working on putting the data generated from skiing and snowboarding right in your face. Unlike previously mentioned Ride On Goggles, Goggle Pal is a stand-alone device that clips into any pair of goggles you already have and is slated to cost around $100 – hence, goggle data.

As is often the case with these startup technologies, Goggle Pal is crowd-sourcing their next round of funding and you can get in on the ground floor and get your own Goggle Pal for less than the expected retail cost come next fall if their development and production is successful this summer.

GogglePal-breakoutIt’s no surprise Goggle Pal is being developed in Silicon Valley where developers have access to the latest and greatest in hardware and software, but don’t be fooled. These tech geeks are also avid skiers and snowboarders and are putting their dreams to reality.

The device is simple with an eye piece that clips into your goggles using a super magnet and tethers to the computer box clipped to your goggle strap.

Get in early by supporting their Kickstarter campaign.
