Trails across the front range
Are you completing a trail race this summer? Or maybe you are looking for some camaraderie, expert coaching, to explore new trails and meet new running buddies?
Join the Life’s 2 Short Fitness trail running group just for women!In this 8 week pre-season program starting in mid February you will join other ladies for coached runs at different trails all across the front range.
Winter is a great time to work on base building and strength and conditioning. We’ve paired some of our programs with coached runs to make sure you are ready for heavy spring training building into race season!
