Now entering its 5th year, Art of Winter was originally launched as a public complement to the SnowSports Industries America(SIA) Snow Show. What began on Larimer Square as a small, two-part exhibition of independent ski and snowboard brands as well as original works of upcycled art has grown into a city-wide showcase of ideas, innovations and that ebullience of Colorado in snow season. Art of Winter brings together designers, makers and leading cultural organizations to present a vibrant slate of snow-inspired programs giving the Denver community just one more reason to turn out in winter. Historic Larimer Square, Denver Theatre District and Denver International Airport will serve as hubs of 2015 Art of Winter exhibits and events.

Beyond those happenings, Elevation Outdoors and AOW teamed up to create the Colorado Ski & Snowboard Gallery. The gallery offers the public a glimpse into the world of the otherwise industry-only SIA show and the opportunity to see and understand the inspiration for the art behind Colorado’s favorite ski and snowboard companies.

This year’s gallery will be hosted at Crave Dessert Bar and Lounge located across the street
