You recall my recent post on the Boulder Climbing Community…and now here’s your chance to get involved.

Thursday, July 8, at 8 p.m., the BCC will get together to hang, organize, and watch a short film by Bob Carmichael, Boulder’s “first climbing filmmaker”. The event goes down at Neptune Mountaineering (633 S. Broadway, in Boulder) and is free.

This won’t be a brow-beating meeting of activists and freaks…but a chillout with climbers just like you. I didn’t cross-check the timing with the World Cup schedule, but given the final is the following weekend, I expect that Thursday will be after the semi-final games…so we should be in the clear.
