I’m doing a little bit of mental prep today. After looking at these course profiles, all I can say is I hope I remembered to pack my lungs and climbing legs. I never have to remember to bring my stubborn will and competitive spirit, that is inborn, and sometimes annoyingly so! This is just how I like it – climbing, altitude, singletrack, technical riding. I think there will be moments where I will be unsure if I’m in heaven or hell.
